Senior Associate Planner
Location: United Arab Emirates

One of our most prestigious international clients are looking to recruit an experienced Land Use Planner with a strong understanding of urban design and city zoning in the Middle East. Key responsibilities include:? Writing, reviewing, testing, implementing, updating and managing the new land use regulations and the zoning code of the city.
? Coordinate with various public agencies that are affected by and administer parts of the codeAdditional Specific Skills? Good interpersonal skills
? Detail oriented
? Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
? Ability to work autonomously
? Ability to administer budgets/finance
? Knowledge of international best land use regulation practices
? Experience in an intergovernmental capacity
? Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations
? Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Create Suite,
AutoCAD, 3D urban design modeling programs and GIS applications a
plus
? Knowledge of Arabic is a plusEducational Requirements and Experience? Masters Degree in Planning or a related field
? Minimum 10 years experience in Zoning, Land Use, Urban Planning, Real
