Principal/Associate Director – Minerals & Waste Planning
Location: Shropshire

A Principal or AD level minerals and waste planner is sought to play a key role in the further growth of minerals and waste services within our highly successful client business. You will be responsible for managing and directing projects for minerals companies, waste contractors and local authorities throughout the UK. and be part of an experienced team of minerals and waste specialists with a significant order book of on-going projects. Activity includes preparing applications and EIAs for surface mining, rock and sand and gravel quarries, whilst waste projects include EfW, recycling and composting applications and EIAs together with support to local authorities and waste contractors on procurements.

You will be expected to support business development into the minerals and Extensive consultancy experience in the waste sectors is required and a demonstrable track record in business development would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will ideally be a Full Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Appointment will be considered at Principal Consultant or Associate Director levels depending on experience.
