Health & Safety Leader

Our client as part of a globally operating organisation is going through a period of growth and development and as part of that are looking to recruit a Lead Health & Safety Manager for operations in Romania.
The main purpose of this role is to provide technical direction on H&S matters but also to interpret the group strategy into a local delivery plan. Key objectives will be to develop and deliver an annual H&S plan and ensure that standards are reviewed and met annually.
Candidates will need to have a proven background operating at a senior level and will need to have strong leadership skills, good communication ability and working knowledge of local legislation.
It is necessary for this role that candidates should hold a Romanian passport, speak, read and write fluently in Romanian and be willing to be based in or around Bucharest.
