Team Leader

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Team Leader to work in the Central Province, Canada within the Water Industry.
My client is a global provider of professional technical and management support services to a broad range of markets, including transportation, facilities, environmental, energy, water and government.
This is a senior position with responsibility for the expansion and growth of the team as well as overall financial and people management.
Duties/Requirements will include:
- Provide strong leadership to the Water group in several areas including client relationship management, project management, financial management, profitable growth, and staff development and engagement.
- Apply strategic insight and operational planning to ensure that the goals and objectives of the Water group are aligned with those at the district level.
- Experience managing a team of Water professionals, preferably in a
consulting environment - Extensive project and financial management experience with various Water Treatment and/or Municipal Infrastructure projects
- Strong motivator with a proven ability to lead and engage a team of technical,
professional and administrative staff
