Allen & York are recruiting for a World Leading Power Company with worldwide coverage a Business Development Manager to develop their operations in Turkey. This energy giant offers exceptional career opportunities.
The BD Manager is in charge to lead the development of the company in Turkey. He defines and implements the business development plan and budget and he will coordinate all business development efforts in the power generation sector in the sub region. Notably, he will identify the best development opportunities, select the company partners and contractors and develop strong relationships with all project stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations and bidding success,
Internally, he is in charge to contribute to and implement BD procedures, documentation and methods, assure BD benchmarking within the company, actively supervise and support the BD teams in the sub region, organise and monitor the whole reporting on ongoing projects.
He reports to the Country Manager and to the Head of BD for the whole region (matrix organization). He directly manage one Business Developer and more resources on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
Wealth of experience in the power sector in Turkey.
Excellent track record of successful power generation projects' deals and contract negotiation (EPC, PPA, Fuel Purchasing Agreement, SHA...)
Knowledge of the energy regulatory framework in Turkey and experience within energy deregulated markets
Excellent communications skills
Dynamic and able to work in autonomy
Leadership
Conditions:
Position based in Istanbul with frequent travelling
Negotiable salary according to experience
